Join our support team for drop-in video chats and ask your crowdfunding questions to a real human!
Twice a week, our support agents and crowdfunding strategists sit in ‘Office Hours,’ where we hang out in a Zoom meeting for anyone to pop in to ask their question via written chat, voice-only, or full video (whichever you’re most comfortable with!). You do not have to enter at the beginning of the session, nor do you have to stay the entire time. Just pop in, ask your question, and then be on your merry way!
Unless you’d like to hang out with us, which is absolutely allowed. We’ll talk about anything, really!
These do not have to be questions on the platforms specifically. You may ask any questions about crowdfunding campaigns in general, best practices, advice, share funny pet videos, or whatever you need.
