If a supporter wants to change their pledge amount or reward, campaign owners can cancel a pledge to allow the supporter to re-do their contribution on their own.
NOTE: Supporters cannot cancel or change their own pledge. They must contact the campaign owner to have their pledges cancelled.
STEP 1 – Click ‘Transactions’ in the navigation menu.
STEP 2 – Under ‘Status’ is an option to cancel beside every pre-approved pledge. NOTE: If you cannot see this column, zoom out of your browser.
