Teams vs Individuals in a campaign list are designed to help supporters find the right team to support!
Individuals make up a team, so even if your registration is optimized for teams, there are still individuals on that team. And, if potential supporters begin on the main campaign and don’t know which team their friend or family member is on, we want them to find the right team quickly!
Every individual on a team appears on the left, with the team name in grey as well. Anyone clicking on the individual’s name will be brought to the team that the individual is on. Plus, when they contribute, that amount will be attributed to the proper team member.
If you see someone’s name listed twice in the “Individuals” column, that person either registered to two different teams or registered once as an individual and once on a team. If necessary, you can delete them on your ‘Fundraisers’ menu (LINK).
