Why can’t I see the option for variant pricing or promo codes? #
If you do not see these options, you likely have ‘Flexible pricing’ on. The nature of this option removes the necessity for variant pricing or promo codes, so reconsider flexible pricing if you’re rather these options instead.
How do I attach shipping to a reward? #
This is done in the Rewards menu for each item.
Which countries will you offer shipping to?
- No shipping required – This is the default option.
- Certain countries only – Select this option if you want to limit the countries to which you’ll ship the item.
- Anywhere in the world – Select this option if you have no country restrictions
Availability & shipping cost
- If you selected ‘Certain countries only’ – You’ll need to tell our system which countries those are.
- No matter what you select – You’ll need to set shipping costs for each country you’re shipping to. Just pick a country and enter a cost. Don’t forget to click ‘Add’ over on the right, then rinse & repeat.
- Notes –If you leave the ‘Cost’ field blank for any country, shipping will be free to that country. To charge the same shipping to everyone worldwide, enter an amount in the ‘Rest of the world’ field (or leave it blank for free worldwide shipping).
Can I reduce the shipping cost if someone wants multiple rewards? #

Do shipping costs count toward my goals? #
No, shipping totals do NOT count toward your goals. As shipping costs vary widely, we keep them out of your goals so you have an accurate idea of how much you’ve raised toward the project. When a reward is claimed, shipping is an added amount you have pre-set depending on the country the supporter lives in.
What countries can I ship to? #
Whichever ones you like! As you set the shipping for each item, you will be able to set the costs for each country you’ll ship to (and if you’re shipping to a lot, we recommend the ‘Clone’ option for our rewards to stop yourself from entering multiple shipping countries over and over again!). You will be responsible for researching costs and ensuring you’ll be covered.
Can shipping be calculated automatically by the platform if a supporter enters their country? #
Unfortunately, no (yet…). Our platforms are not integrated with a shipping entity, which is how those rates are calculated for most shopping platforms. For now, you have to manually set the shipping amount per country (view Part 3c of this article for more details).
