Error code 539041 indicates the campaign owner registered their payment processing account in a country that cannot use our system.

When a campaign processes contributions outside the United States and Canada, ConnectionPoint must comply with certain requirements regarding raising money.
Any country with the ability to send and receive payments through PayPal* can use our system. If you cannot register a PayPal account (and Stripe isn’t an option), then you cannot use any ConnectionPoint platform.
We are truly sorry about this. We want to emphasize the requirements are in no way a comment on the legitimacy and worth of your project. Our platforms must work within certain existing legal and regulatory frameworks that govern international online transactions, fundraising activities, and PayPal policies.
We are continually working on expanding the list of countries where our platforms can operate.
Unfortunately, we do face significant challenges with certain countries and regions. However, we haven’t given up! We think that as collaborative funding takes off, more and more possibilities will open up for doing good work around the world. And we intend to be where the action is, pushing to extend the limits.

*Important note regarding campaigns from India*
Although India appears on the list of countries on PayPal’s list of supported countries, personal campaign users in India cannot accept payments. If you’re having this issue, please get in touch with PayPal directly for assistance.
