If you notice an issue in the platform you’re using, please email us at cs@connectionpoint.com and include as much information as you can, such as:
- URL of the page you were using;
- Campaign or Organization ID, if applicable;
- Screenshot of issue;
- Description of issue;
- Device used (mobile phone, desktop, tablet);
- Browser used;
- Anything else you think would be helpful.
You can also report bugs in our Fundraiser Discord (FundRazr/CoCoPay users) and Creator Discord (Crowdfundr users) channels.
