NEW as of November 15, 2023: Campaign owners may choose to allow supporters to cancel their own pledges!
Rather than fielding requests for order changes or cancellations, choose to allow supporters to do so themselves.
STEP 1 – Click “Settings” and then “Funding & deadline” in the campaign navigation menu.
STEP 2 – Under “Funding type,” choose “Allow contributors to cancel their own pledges.”
STEP 3 – Save.
