Creating Sub-campaign Deadlines

The new sub-campaign deadlines feature gives you the flexibility to set default deadlines for your sub-campaigns. Whether planning a time-sensitive fundraising event, running a competition, or wanting consistent deadlines across all sub-campaigns, this tool has you covered!

Key Features:

1. Keep-it-all (KIA):

  • Decide if sub-campaign deadlines should match the main campaign or operate independently.
  • Independent deadlines:
    • The main campaign will not have a deadline.
    • New sub-campaigns will automatically follow the default deadline settings.

2. All-or-nothing (AON):

  • AON main campaigns:
    • Do not have deadlines.
    • Contributions are only accepted through their sub-campaigns.
  • Sub-campaign deadlines:
    • Default deadlines are applied to new sub-campaigns to keep timelines organized.

3. Customizable Deadline Modifications:

  • You can control whether sub-campaigns can modify the default deadlines you’ve set.
  • AON deadlines can only be modified before launch, providing added flexibility and control.
