With your Peer-to-Peer, Community, or other registered campaign, you can now encourage more supporters to join your campaign can significantly boost its impact.
You now have the ability to create invitations for users to register as fundraisers. Contrary to the create on behalf, invitations won’t create a sub-campaign until after the registration has been completed.
Here’s how to effectively invite and guide them through the registration process:
- Campaign Management: Access tools to send personalized invitations to potential fundraisers.
- Craft Clear Invitations: Tailor invitations to highlight the campaign’s purpose and benefits. Include links for easy registration.
- Track and Follow-Up: Monitor invitation progress and offer support to interested participants.
- Minimize Redundancy: Guide supporters directly into the registration workflow to avoid unnecessary campaigns.
Under the Registration Tab>Invitations
To invite supporters or past participants, click on Create Invitation
Under the Sub-Campaign Tab>All Sub-Campaigns – Create On Behalf page has also been updated to match the new Create invitation page.
You can either add a new participant here or click on Invitations to invite them participate.
