A wonderful timesaver – clone a campaign to copy everything from that campaign EXCEPT contributions.
This is handy if you run the same campaign type every year (or multiple times a year) and don’t want to reinvent the whole campaign each time. Or, perhaps you would like to compare two different campaign layouts or types that you can’t decide on. Remember, there is no limit to the amount of campaigns you can start and/or run, so if you need to start over, go ahead!
Note for sub-campaigns – if you have custom registration on your main campaign, the registration settings will be cloned alongside the main campaign. However, you cannot clone the sub-campaigns. Sub-campaigns can only be cloned if there is NOT custom registration attached.
Media content (pictures and videos in the media gallery) is optional to clone alongside the campaign.
STEP 1 – Click ‘Clone’ in the navigation menu of your campaign.

STEP 2 – Decide which features to carry over, then click “Clone Campaign.”
Note – this is a sample campaign with Sub-campaigns and custom registration. You’ll notice it is impossible to ‘check’ the Sub-campaign field, and you cannot uncheck ‘Registration.’ These options are available to other campaign layouts.
