Yes! Ensure you do not raise more than the campaign goal by setting a fundraising limit.
While most popular on the CoCoPay platform, any user on any of our platforms may have a reason not to want to raise more funds than their set goal. If this is you, then this article will show you how to set that.
STEP 1 – Click “Edit” in the sidebar menu:
STEP 2 – Under ‘Funding & deadline,’ click ‘Goal amount’ as the Funding limit.
STEP 3 – Save!
For Keep-it-all campaigns: contributions will only be accepted until the goal is reached.
For All-or-nothing campaigns: pledges will be accepted up to 110% of the goal amount and will only be processed up to the goal amount. This buffer is important to protect you in case some of your pledges fail to process.
