On May 10th I’m am participating in a charity event for Body, Brain Train. A program designed in helping people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. I’ll be punching a bag for 90 minutes to raise funds. Please help if you can. TY❤️

Our newest EQUIP HEROES Project kicks off at FUNDRZR! You can help us build Cody Day's HERO Jeep to deliver free wheelchairs to the poor in Mexico. He was a very special young man who lost his battle to cancer before he could make the trip.

Due to funding challenges, the group that hosts the Waterford, VA 4th of July fireworks canceled the show this year. In order to keep the fireworks, we need community support to cover the professional fireworks show on July 3rd.
