We’re excited to share the latest product improvements, designed to provide you with more flexibility, enhanced data visibility, and a smoother user experience across the platform. Here’s what’s new:
💸 Major Pricing Plan Revamp
We’ve rolled out four clearly defined pricing plans to make it easier to choose what’s right for your campaign:
- Keep the Most – Keep more of what you raise with optional tips + fee recovery (now available together!)
- Optional Tips – Supporters are invited to leave a tip to help keep the platform free
- Fee Recovery – Donors are asked to cover transaction fees so 100% of their gift goes to your cause
- Flat Rate – A fixed percentage fee on donations, with no additional supporter ask

You can set a default pricing model for your organization under Manage > Payments > Pricing Plans. This default will automatically apply to all new campaign pages created under your organization. However, the pricing model for each campaign can still be changed at any time.
🧑🎨 User Profile Avatars
We’ve introduced new prompts during email sign-up and in select places to encourage users to upload a profile photo (avatar). It’s a small step that helps campaigns feel more personal and connected.

🔁 Upgrade Simple Donation Forms
Your fundraising tools just got more flexible:
- Campaign managers can upgrade a donation form into a Standard Layout Campaign Page (under the manage section>more features)

🔧 Miscellaneous Enhancements
- 🚚 Shipping costs are now excluded from contribution totals in public activity feeds (cleaner reporting!)
- ⚡ Faster load times on campaign signup pages for users managing a large number of organizations
- 🔗 Team leaderboard links now point to each user’s sub-campaign instead of their profile page
