I try to live the Volunteer Spirit and for the last 20 years have volunteered in many aspects of my community.  I am now the President of The Woman's Club of Olympia whose motto is to "enrich the lives of others through volunteerism" in the community.  Senior Services holds a place in my heart for its services to the community's senior population with its exemplary programs.  Meals on Wheels, in person lunches for seniors, pet programs for low income seniors struggling to pay vet bills or food for much needed pet companions, and many other social and personal services.  I'm 71 years old now, soon to be 72 and I have been fortunate, but some people are no so fotunate in the community.  Senior Services can help fill the gaps for those people and if you want to help me raise funds you can do so my supporting me rappeling down a vertical building to raise awareness of Senior Services.  It's the least I can do, so please be a part of this effort with me.
