Ukrainian-American born shortly after my family immigrated here in 1995, leaving for my first trip into Ukraine on June 6th 2022 via Warsaw. Goleta, California local and hoping to be able to assist with the reconstruction as well as make Ukraine more handicap-accessible after the war.

We are heading to assist with a retreat for people with disabilities in Oleksandriya , Ukraine. Currently due to the invasion by Russian forces funds are short and so are local volunteers as some have evacuated with their families.
