Hi, I'm Mandy. 👋

Some people know me as Hannah.

They changed my names and my family - but I found myself anyway 😉.

I'm a black woman adopted into a white German family. But my story begins much earlier - with roots in transgenerational trauma.

I had to piece together my identity and deal with silent and  open rejection on my own.

Later, I met both sides of my biological family - including my African-American lineage, descended from enslaved people.-

A near-death experience in early childhood gave me a deep connection to the spaces in between.

That's why I became a systemic counselor and why I now want to learn Wingwave: To help others reclaim themselves, too.
