Czar saved at the last minute to enjoy life!

Czar was turned in by his owners at the age of 11 yrs old to a very crowded high intake shelter. The owners said that he had skin cancer. A bunch of volunteers pulled together and were able to rescue him at the last minute before he was put to sleep.
