Our goal is to secure this 20 acres that we live on as a plant sanctuary and food forest for now and for what may come after we are gone.

Your support will allow us to do this in a shorter time frame and would insure the cataloging of the at-risk and to-watch plants on our land so that whoever comes after will have a record and be able to find and tend the plants quickly and easily. It will also allow us to show and teach others the importance of protecting the wild areas and the healing that the natural world has to offer.

We would love to increase the number of plants on this land and spread their kin to neighboring lands.

We lead a simple life on purpose and we feel we are a part of a web of people who are independently protecting and sustaining the land where they reside, whether that be a city lot or a thousand-acre preserve. We may not know each other personally, but we all have the same goal in mind: to protect, preserve and nurture the natural world.

It's really not about saving the entire earth, that is too enormous to contemplate. It's about taking care of the tiny piece we live on.
