I once was a traveling musician I played my music and sang my songs all over this land

until one day a man with a different opinion than mine came along and stabbed me right in the neck

it took two years, two long painful years to get the use of my now disfigured right arm back.

I don't play music on stage now because I still can't hold a pick

So, I did whatever I could to keep from going insane.

I had to change. my entire creative world was rearraigned 

and that's just life or at least it's mine.

I once made a whole closet of board games just to pass my time

I put a couple of them on kickstarter and they barely crossed that line

but they did and I got to at least send something i made all over the world

then a partner on too many drug made it come crashing down to earth

So, I did whatever I could to keep from going insane.

and that's just life or at least it's mine.

I spent 7 and a half long years working for a dog rescue reality tv show

I signed an NDA so I can't discuss much but, I can say I got to go to the puppy bowl 

but, in the end it was time for me to go another way down that road

changed by the job into something I wasn't before and maybe that's just growing old
