Oh no... is it that time again already?! When ask the people I annoy most (my friends and family) to put up money for a great cause as motivation to cause myself intense discomfort and mild bodily harm??

That's right, Ring of Fire is back, and I'm once again raising money to fight colorectal cancer.

The event is held in honour of Geoff, an incredible man who cancer took far too soon. I also participate for the others in my life who have been touched by colorectal cancers, including Uncle George, Grandma Roddick, my dad, and other treasured friends.

So help me do something about it by donating some money with the peace and comfort of knowing you're making a meaningful difference while also putting me through an absolute nightmare of a meal.
Love you!
