Hi, I’m Danny. I own land in Costa Rica and am working to secure the proper government licenses to legally cultivate and produce cannabis. With Law 10113 (2022), Costa Rica legalized medical cannabis and industrial hemp, and the industry is now growing as universities, like the University of Costa Rica, contribute research and testing to ensure safe, high-quality cultivation.

My goal is to build a small, responsible farm that adheres to all regulations, produces premium cannabis and CBD products, and creates local jobs while supporting Costa Rica’s emerging medical cannabis industry.

Support from this community will help cover licensing, infrastructure, compliance, and land preparation. With your help, this project can grow into a sustainable agricultural business that benefits both people and animals.
