Bonnie Kelso is an award-winning artist, designer, muralist, children's book writer and illustrator. She is also a huge fan of the ocean and everything in it, except the pollution. Her debut picture book, Nudi Gill: Poison Powerhouse of the Sea, published by Gnome Road Publishing is all about nudibranchs! What's a nudibranch and am I saying it right? Noo-de-branks are colorful carnivorous sea slugs and just happen to be Bonnie's favorite animal in the entire world. She's met many face to face over the years while diving and snorkeling and she has yet to meet one she didn't like.

As a former exhibit designer for the Smithsonian Institution, Bonnie believes that education should be a hands-on experience. That is why she is here at Crowdfundr pitching her latest design for a companion card set of Nudi Gill Pin-Ups. Each deck is professionally printed and made with high quality materials. There are several traditional kid-friendly games that can be played with this deck, including a uniquely nudibranch-ish game called "Mighty Mollusks!" Bonnie has traveled around the world by a combination of planes, trains, boats, trucks, and feet. Oh, and one camel safari. During the journey she learned the special value of a good deck of cards. She appreciates their ability to pass the time of unforeseen travel delays and to bring strangers together for a few good laughs.
