{"id":7703,"date":"2026-10-16T13:52:15","date_gmt":"2026-10-16T20:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/connectionpoint.com\/help\/?p=7703"},"modified":"2026-10-16T13:52:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-16T20:52:15","slug":"release-110-october-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectionpoint.com\/help\/release-notes\/release-110-october-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Release 110 &#8211; October 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Released October 15, 2026 @ 11:57 PM PT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve made a number of updates to make managing campaigns, accepting contributions, and tracking activity easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s new?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More flexibility when setting up your campaigns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customize your tab names:<\/strong> You can now use custom labels for Rewards, Campaigns, and Sub-campaigns to better suit your needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>More consistent reward labels:<\/strong> Reward names are displayed more consistently throughout the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Separate registration settings:<\/strong> Registration options can be configured independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Easier sharing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Download images for Instagram:<\/strong> It&#8217;s easier to download images to share your campaign on Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improved sharing layout:<\/strong> We&#8217;ve made adjustments to help campaign content look better when shared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A smoother contribution experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ve made several improvements to the checkout process to make contributing easier across devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pick up where you left off:<\/strong> Signing in during checkout now preserves your progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearer checkout on mobile:<\/strong> Payment details and order summaries are easier to view on smaller screens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simpler payment options:<\/strong> Fee recovery buttons are now the same size, and guest checkout is clearer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearer shipping steps:<\/strong> We&#8217;ve improved the flow for entering shipping information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>More helpful information:<\/strong> Details about anonymous contributions are easier to find on mobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment reliability:<\/strong> We&#8217;ve made additional improvements to help contributions process more reliably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sponsor promotions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ve improved the way sponsor promotions are displayed and managed, including clearer status updates, better messaging about matching contributions, and improvements to rewards, incentives, and the bottom bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More accurate totals and reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ve updated how contribution totals are calculated and displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failed and unconfirmed payments are excluded from totals and related activity and analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Historical totals have been recalculated to improve reporting accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recurring contributions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fewer unnecessary retry attempts:<\/strong> Recurring contributions stop being retried after seven consecutive declines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re also continuing work on making it easier to update the payment method for recurring contributions through Stripe. This improvement is still being tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campaign management improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ve made several updates to help you manage your campaigns and keep things organized, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improvements to the tasks panel and its guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates to menus, tables, and invitations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvements to logos and profile images.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigation and embedded campaign display updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvements to contribution links.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As always, we&#8217;re continuing to make updates based on how people use the platform, with the goal of making fundraising and campaign management easier. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Released October 15, 2026 @ 11:57 PM PT We\u2019ve made a number of updates to make managing campaigns, accepting contributions, and tracking activity easier.
