We\u2019re excited to share the latest product improvements, designed to provide you with more flexibility, enhanced data visibility, and a smoother user experience across the platform. Here’s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcb8 Major Pricing Plan Revamp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve rolled out four clearly defined pricing plans<\/strong> to make it easier to choose what\u2019s right for your campaign:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Keep the Most<\/strong> \u2013 Keep more of what you raise with optional tips + fee recovery<\/strong> (now available together!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Optional Tips<\/strong> \u2013 Supporters are invited to leave a tip to help keep the platform free<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fee Recovery<\/strong> \u2013 Donors are asked to cover transaction fees so 100% of their gift goes to your cause<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Flat Rate<\/strong> \u2013 A fixed percentage fee on donations, with no additional supporter ask<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can set a default pricing model for your organization under Manage > Payments > Pricing Plans<\/strong>. This default will automatically apply to all new campaign pages created under your organization. However, the pricing model for each campaign can still be changed at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83c\udfa8 User Profile Avatars<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019ve introduced new prompts during email sign-up and in select places to encourage users to upload a profile photo<\/strong> (avatar). It\u2019s a small step that helps campaigns feel more personal and connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udd01 Upgrade Simple Donation Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Your fundraising tools just got more flexible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Campaign managers can upgrade a donation form into a Standard Layout Campaign Page<\/strong> (under the manage section>more features)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
