Here are the most common:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The checkout was manually cancelled before the payment was completed. This could have happened either by exiting the checkout window or by trying to reload the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or, there was a technical issue in the checkout on the payment processor\u2019s end, and the checkout was cancelled. If a separate error message was directly on the payment screen before the 1001 error message loaded, our support center needs the first error message so we can take a deeper look.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: Our payment providers independently manage the checkout system. We do not hold or process the funds on the campaign\u2019s behalf at any point throughout the campaign. Nor do we have access to PayPal or Stripe\u2019s private servers to examine the error in depth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can only help guide you to the best solution to resolve this problem or forward you to their customer support for more direct assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>So what do I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll be happy to look into it for you! and rough time of day that the donation took place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email address you used to attempt the payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach a screenshot of all error messages received if you have the resources to do so<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With this information, we\u2019ll see if we can duplicate the issue and find a solution for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\"
