Some campaigns offer rewards like perks, products, or tickets in exchange for contributions. As per our Terms & Conditions<\/a>, campaign owners are solely responsible for delivering these items in a timely manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best first step is to communicate directly with the campaign owner. A simple mistake likely occurred, or there were extenuating circumstances that delayed the shipping of your reward. Projects do not always go as planned, and we strongly urge our campaign owners to communicate every delay – no matter how minor.\u00a0If you haven’t been provided with contact information for the campaign owner, please contact us at support@connectionpoint.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
