sometimes transactions) to help you <strong>organize, filter, and report<\/strong> on your fundraising activity behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporters never see tags \u2014 they\u2019re purely for <strong>admin and reporting purposes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of tags like sticky notes you attach to campaigns so you can quickly understand <em>what they\u2019re for<\/em> and <em>how they should be grouped<\/em> later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why tags are useful at the <strong>campaign level<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Campaign tags help you:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group similar campaigns together (e.g. <code>Membership<\/code>, <code>Event<\/code>, <code>Peer-to-Peer<\/code>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quickly filter and find campaigns in your dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export transaction reports that already include campaign context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze performance across multiple campaigns that share a goal or purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Examples:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul added?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tags can be added and managed in multiple places across FundRazr, depending on how you\u2019re working and what you\u2019re tagging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add tags from the transaction report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add tags directly from the <strong>transaction report<\/strong>, which is available in two places:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From an individual <strong>campaign page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the <strong>organization page<\/strong>, where you can view transactions across all campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is useful when you\u2019re reviewing contributions and want to apply tags to your reporting or reconciliation workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add tags from campaign and sub-campaign lists<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tags can also be added without opening individual campaigns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the <strong>Sub-campaigns list<\/strong> under a main campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the <strong>Campaign list<\/strong> on the organization page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This makes it easy to tag multiple campaigns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Programs or initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiscal years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue types (e.g. events, memberships, fee-for-service)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When to use each option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transaction report:<\/strong> Best for reporting, reconciliation, and detailed review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campaign or sub-campaign lists:<\/strong> Best for high-level organization and grouping campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All tags added in campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segment reporting by program, fund, or fiscal year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain consistent internal tracking as your fundraising grows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce manual
