With your Peer-to-Peer, Community, or other registered campaign, you can now encourage more supporters to join your campaign, significantly boosting its impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can now create invitations for users to register as fundraisers. Contrary to the create on behalf, invitations won’t create a sub-campaign until after the registration has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here\u2019s how to effectively invite and guide them through the registration process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Campaign Management:<\/strong> Access tools to send personalized invitations to potential fundraisers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Craft Clear Invitations:<\/strong> Tailor invitations to highlight the campaign’s purpose and benefits. Include links for easy registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track and Follow-Up:<\/strong> Monitor invitation progress and offer support to interested participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Minimize Redundancy:<\/strong> Guide supporters directly into the registration workflow to avoid unnecessary campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Under the Registration Tab>Invitations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
To invite supporters or past participants, click on Create Invitation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

If you made a mistake in the invitation<\/strong>, no worries. Under the action column, you can click edit invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
You can either add a new participant here or click on Invitations to invite them to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Under the Sub-Campaign Tab>All Sub-Campaigns – Create On Behalf page has also been updated to match the new Create invitation page<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
