Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@connectionpoint.com\">support@connectionpoint.com<\/a> with the following information if you would like your payment processing accounts changed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must contact us using an email associated with your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A link to your campaign or organization profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The current payment email address on the campaign<em> <\/em>(please specify Stripe or PayPal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new payment email address you want to use<em> <\/em>(please specify Stripe or PayPal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for the change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*If you skipped entering a payment processing account during your organization&#8217;s set-up, you can update it once. ConnectionPoint does NOT have internal access to either of these systems. You need to contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/smarthelp\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PayPal<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/en-ca\/contact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stripe<\/a> directly and ask one of their Customer Service agents to help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>STEP 4 &#8211; Look for the green checkmark and message confirming you are connected.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you see something other than a green checkmark and a &#8216;Connected&#8217; message, then you are not quite finished yet.
