Click the ‘Embed’ icon in the campaign’s share bar to see widget options and grab the code snippet you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This link opens the widget menu, where you can grab a snippet of code to paste into your website to create a SmartWidget badge or button that people can click instead of a texted link. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you DON\u2019T need to be a programmer to do it. Trust us, if your friendly neighbourhood content writer (who couldn\u2019t code to save my life) can do it, so can you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you open the Widget menu, you\u2019ll see this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you\u2019ve chosen your style, click \u201cGet the code,\u201d where you\u2019ll see options to click a Loader script and a Widget script. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy & paste both the Loader code<\/strong> and the Widget code<\/strong> into the source code for your website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loader script \u2013 <\/strong>This is the Javascript needed to enable the widget. This snippet can be placed anywhere on the page but works best in the Header or Footer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Widget code<\/strong> \u2013 This is the code for the widget itself. This snippet needs to be placed where you want the widget to appear on the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
