You see two separate charges because the campaign you\u2019ve contributed to is on our \u2018Optional Tipping\u2019 pricing model, and you have chosen to provide the platform with a \u2018tip\u2019 (Thank you!).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our \u2018Optional Tipping\u2019 pricing model<\/a> allows owners to run their campaign at no charge from ConnectionPoint. They will still need to pay their payment processing fees, and they\u2019ve chosen to accept that. To do this, we ask their supporters, such as yourself, for an optional \u2018tip\u2019 so that we can continue to eat and put roofs over our heads while maintaining our platforms!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve chosen to tip (again, thank you very much!), there are two separate transactions: one to the campaign owner and one to us, even though in your checkout process, you saw this as one lump sum. Your tip to us will have the name of whichever platform you\u2019re using (FundRazr, CrowdFundr, CoCoPay, PetFundr, etc.).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
