Please contact the campaign owner and let them know! You may also let us <a href=\"mailto:support@connectionpoint.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here at ConnectionPoint know<\/a>, and we can try to contact the owner. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few reasons PayPal may have flagged the account as Restricted. This information may help:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>1. We encourage all of our users to have Verified PayPal accounts.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Having a verified PayPal account will help ease your supporters&#8217; contribution process. It will also allow your supporters to contribute to your campaign with PayPal\u2019s guest or credit card checkout. Learn more about verified PayPal accounts by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/sm\/smarthelp\/article\/how-do-i-verify-my-paypal-account-faq444\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>2. Typos in the email address will confuse PayPal\u2019s system.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This message may come up since the email address provided does not exist (due to the typo). Make sure to spell everything correctly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\">3. ConnectionPoint cannot resolve restrictions.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As PayPal <span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">installs this flag, we cannot remove it. The campaign owner must contact PayPal\u2019s customer service team directly for help disputing the flag.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/smarthelp\/home\" target=\"_blank\">To contact PayPal, click<\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/smarthelp\/home\"> here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend having this information ready:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your telephone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement for the credit card or bank account linked to your PayPal account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email address you used to register your PayPal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>4. Your account may be under review due to suspicious activity.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For this situation, you should contact PayPal\u2019s customer support. If PayPal has decided to deny activity on your account, you should dispute this with their customer service team. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/smarthelp\/home\">You can contact PayPal by clicking here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a suspicious contribution was received or sent through your account, proving your identity may be enough to remove this flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If PayPal decides not to reopen your account after the dispute, we cannot challenge this on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4
