Please contact the campaign owner and let them know! You may also <a href=\"mailto:support@connectionpoint.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">let us know<\/a>, and we can contact the owner. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otherwise, read on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few reasons why an account might be locked. PayPal\u2019s Security likely noted suspicious activity, such as several failed login attempts, suspicious purchases, or transactions made from an unusual location, such as a different continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To unlock an account and find out why PayPal locked it, you must call PayPal. <\/strong>You can reach them at 1-888-221-1161.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you call, please ask to speak to someone in the Resolution Department and have the following information ready, so they can confirm that you own the account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your telephone number.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A statement for the credit card or bank account linked to your PayPal account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email address you used to register your PayPal
