# What do I do if I don’t receive my contribution reward?

**Some campaigns offer rewards like perks, products, or tickets in exchange for contributions. ### Contact the campaign owner.

The best first step is to communicate directly with the campaign owner. A simple mistake likely occurred, or there were extenuating circumstances that delayed the shipping of your reward. Projects do not always go as planned, and we strongly urge our campaign owners to communicate every delay - no matter how minor. If you haven't been provided with the campaign owner's contact information, please contact us at support@connectionpoint.com.
