# Why your campaign list or user profile may look different/be missing items

**Missing campaigns? Something look different? Don't worry, it's all still there.**
**As of May 2022, ConnectionPoint began using Single Sign-On (SSO) for all of our platforms. That means that you can use one login for ALL of our platforms (FundRazr, Crowdfundr, CoCoPay), and more to come! **

We’re very excited about that, too.

However, you still have options as to *what* you use to login:

- Manual email and password
- Google account
- Facebook account
- LinkedIn account (Not all platforms)

It doesn’t matter which you choose. However, unless you’ve linked these accounts ([click here to find out how](http://connectionpoint.com/help/docs/how-do-i-change-or-unlink-my-facebook-linkedin-google-account)), you **must use the same method every time!**

Different methods essentially create different user profiles. Therefore, you won’t see the campaign/organization permissions you’re expecting.

If you’re unsure which you used, please contact us at [support@connectionpoint.com](mailto:support@connectionpoint.com) (or, if you are of those lucky few with some time on their hands, try each one and see which opens up a familiar campaign!).
