# In what languages does ConnectionPoint offer support?

**Our customer support agents offer assistance in English and French. **

That said, our colleagues come from all corners of the globe, and other team members speak various languages, including Russian, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Plus, we have had some success (and more than a few good-natured chuckles) with online translators, so if it's more comfortable for you, shoot us an email in your language, and we’ll give it a shot!
