How to change a campaign goal or launch/end date

Your power to change your campaign goal or launch date/end date depends on the campaign type.

  1. Keep-it-all campaigns (KIA) can change their goal and/or their launch date/deadline at any time until the campaign is finished.
  2. All-or-nothing (AON) campaigns can ONLY change their goal and deadline BEFORE the first contribution.

*NEW* You can now choose for the campaign to finish itself when you hit your goal!

STEP 1 – Click ‘Edit’ in the sidebar menu of the campaign.

STEP 2 – Click ‘Funding & deadline”’ in the next menu.

**Alternatively** You can click the edit pencil to the right of where the goal/dates are in your campaign:

STEP 3 – Make your changes in the editor.

Note regarding timezones:

The platform automatically converts to whatever timezone your IP address indicates. For example, if you are on the west coast of North America and set a deadline for noon Pacific Time, those on the east coast will see it as 3 pm Eastern Time.

STEP 4 – SAVE!
