# How do I report spam or abusive comments?

**Please report spam or abusive comments promptly to our team. ConnectionPoint’s platforms should be a safe and inclusive community, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.**

**Submit a report to us either through our online chat or through**[**support@connectionpoint.com**](mailto:support@connectionpoint.com)**.**

To find the online chat, look for this happy thing on the bottom right-hand side of our homepage:

![A picture of the online chat symbol. It is a black circle with a white chatbok icon that has a simple smile. No eyes. Sounds creepy, looks cute. ](https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/C2IY07lKue4GEWT1K0koc598YNG5y8QqmO4PZeh63pPVhFJDLX2q8q0APZAnuszVhPCOb40S_Zpu0OqRAf_sxkJsbyQX6QKbqLgcGhZYvSm6-6mE6uQclEZyH7h0IPe4TMq2el3MMwgR7Y1tYS2CqA)

**Important:**Be sure to include a link to the reported person's profile page (example: https://fundrazr.com/profiles/BobMulholland). To grab their profile link, click their name and copy the URL on that page.

Please also include a link to the campaign they spammed, if possible. This link allows us to remove their comments more quickly. The campaign title alone is not enough for us to track it down in the system, so a link or URL is best.
