# I think I found a bug. How do I report it?

**Found a bug? It doesn't often happen (insert proud face emoji here), but those little critters can get into the most obscure places…**

If you notice an issue in the platform you’re using, please email us at [support@connectionpoint.com](mailto:support@connectionpoint.com) and include as much information as you can, such as:

- URL of the page you were using;
- Campaign or Organization ID, if applicable;
- Screenshot of issue;
- Description of issue;
- Device used (mobile phone, desktop, tablet);
- Browser used;
- Or anything else you think would be helpful.
