# Deleting user accounts

**To delete a user account, you must contact ConnectionPoint.**

As a Canadian company, we must comply with certain laws regarding crowdfunding/digital fundraising profiles. Therefore, you must contact us to remove your account so we may ensure this happens in a way that complies with these regulations.

Email us at support@connectionpoint.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time (12 pm to 8 pm Eastern Time). We observe [Canadian Statutory Holidays.](https://www.statutoryholidays.com/2023.php)
