# How do I contact someone from ConnectionPoint?

**Contact Connectionpoint about any of our platforms (FundRazr, Crowdfundr, CoCoPay, Petfundr, etc.) by email or contact us through the chatbot on our platforms.**

Please note: these chats are NOT live. While we do our best to answer all inquiries speedily, something may happen to delay our answers (such as atmospheric rivers in the Pacific Northwest cutting power, etc.). We pride ourselves on our customer focus, so if you have not heard back about your inquiry, please ask again! It’s rare, and we certainly don’t mean for it to happen, but sometimes things can fall through the cracks… we are all human! 

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time. As we are Canadian, we will also follow the [Canadian Statutory holidays](https://www.statutoryholidays.com/2022.php).
