Clone a campaign to copy everything from that campaign EXCEPT contributions.
This is handy if you run the same campaign type every year (or multiple times a year) and don’t want to reinvent the whole campaign each time.
Note for sub-campaigns – if you have custom registration on your main campaign, the registration settings will be cloned alongside the main campaign. However, you cannot clone the sub-campaigns. Sub-campaigns can only be cloned if there isn’t a custom registration attached.
Media content is optional to clone alongside the campaign.
STEP 1 – Click the gear/cog icon in your screen’s upper right corner while viewing the campaign.
STEP 2 – Click ‘Clone,’ which should be the last option.
STEP 3 – Decide which feature to clone and hit ‘Clone campaign’.
Note – this is a sample Multi-tier campaign with custom registration. You’ll notice it is impossible to ‘check’ the Sub-campaign field, and you cannot uncheck ‘Registration.’ The options will be made available to other campaign types.
