Change your organization information, such as name and address, in your organization profile settings.
STEP 1 – Go to your organization profile page by either clicking the organization name in the breadcrumbs of your campaign:
Or through the ‘Organizations’ list in your User Profile:
STEP 2 – Click ‘Settings’ in the sidebar menu.
STEP 3 – Under ‘Name & address,’ make your changes and hit ‘Save.’
Note: You may find red highlights under certain sections of this and other menus under ‘Settings’ after you try to save:
These sections are all linked, meaning the mandatory aspects of each section must be filled out for your changes to be updated. This is usually the payment provider information if you’ve skipped entering it in the organization creation flow. Make these changes before saving (click here for updating banking information).
