# Discord Channels

**With Discord, you can chat with like-minded crowdfunders and our support teams about your projects, pre-launch strategies, story writing, promotion, funny pictures of your pets....**

Your spaces for everything crowdfunding! We have two channels for you:

1. **[Fundraiser HUB Discord Channel](https://discord.gg/MpsJPj4p)** for FundRazr, PetFundr, and CoCoPay users
2. **[Crowdfundr Discord Channel](https://discord.gg/q4ZA33kYe2)** for Crowdfundr users

In these channels, you can chat with the ConnectionPoint support team AND fellow crowdfunders/digital fundraisers about:

- General campaign questions
- Feature requests
- Bug reports
- Marketing growth insights
- Campaign success insights
- Platform spotlights
- Share your campaign for us to see
- Show us pictures of your pets if you like!
- Just socialize and say hi!

Our channels are safe, inclusive environments for anyone and everyone to hang out and support each other. All are welcome!

The Fundraiser Hub is a place for discussions about crowdfunding, nonstop knowledge sharing and cozy conversations with other fundraisers.

### Discord Channel Rules

These channels are places for discussions about crowdfunding, nonstop knowledge sharing and cozy conversations with other fundraisers and crowdfunders.

**Respect is always rule #1**. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Be kind, be polite, be generous, have fun!

**Please do not ask for donations**. This is a place to discuss fundraising, not do fundraising.

**No campaign promotion**. You can link to your campaign, but only if it's to ask for support or advice about your campaign.

**DMs** to other members of the server are not allowed unless you have received explicit permission. If there is a problem with the server or someone not following the rules, please DM our mods.

**Vendors**, if you have a business that serves fundraisers, you are most welcome to participate in conversations and offer advice but do not use this community as a marketing channel or focus group. If you want to do a webinar for this community, please let a moderator know.

**Inappropriate content**, including offensive, spam, explicit, violent, illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content is not allowed. We’re not into censorship, but you’ll know if it has crossed the in-good-taste line.

**Post only what you own**. Don’t share other people’s sensitive data or intellectual property without permission - especially that of your supporters. If you have a question about your campaign specifically, please contact support@connectionpoint.com.

**And a final reminder, this is an inclusive community**. Don’t discriminate, offend or harass other community members. Hate of any kind is completely not tolerated. Not on these channels and not on our platforms.
