# Can you help me get a Stripe/PayPal account or troubleshoot issues with my Stripe/PayPal account?

However, it's important to understand that our platforms simply connect with the PayPal and Stripe platforms - we are not employees of Stripe or PayPal, so we do not have access to your account information or any other part of their platforms.

We do have some insight, though! So give us a shout and see if we can help. But it is always best to contact Stripe or PayPal with information directly related to your account.
