# Can a supporter’s contribution be completely anonymous?

**Supporters can make their personal information and/or contribution amount anonymous in a public-facing manner only.**

This means you and ConnectionPoint employees will be able to see the information provided in your [Transactions](http://connectionpoint.com/help/docs/how-do-i-view-the-contributions-i-raise-in-my-campaign). Still, that information will not be visible to anyone viewing the campaign.

Contributions to a crowdfunding or digital fundraising campaign cannot be 100% anonymous, as is stated by law (Contributions offline cannot be anonymous either, for that matter). If you have further questions, please refer to our [Privacy Policy](https://connectionpoint.com/help/docs/connectionpoint-privacy-policy/) or contact us at [support@connectionpoint.com](mailto:support@connectionpoint.com).
